The location was easy to reach, but the stay was just ok ok. The hotel is very old, and everything seemed worn and dirty, from the sheets, blanket, towels, and mattresses to the bathroom walls, which were full of sealan. The place really needs renovation.

This has to be one of Delhi’s worst hotels. The room wasn’t cleaned at all. Bedsheets were stained, toilets were horrible, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the mini fridge looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The walls seemed ready to fall apart. I ordered a simple cup of coffee through room service in the morning, and it took over half an hour to arrive. I also saw rats crawling around the halls, and the room was full of cockroaches and ants. I highly recommend paying more and staying somewhere else.

We had more than 32 rooms here and none of our guests had a complaint. Everyone was looked after well, from families with newborn babies to very elderly guests. The staff are trained and professional, with arrangements for all kinds of functions and gatherings. Mr. Honey was our contact for everything and a wonderful host. It set the bar high for wherever I stay next. A great place for a gathering.

The hotel seemed nice until you actually needed a room. Mine was dusty, the ACs weren't working properly, and the rates felt like those of a four-star place. A very bad experience.

Getting to this hotel is easy, since it's near Rajouri garden metro station, and it works well for a stay in Rajouri. I stayed at Hotel Aman Deluxe, Rajouri, Delhi recently. They could improve the cleanliness a little.
