The food tastes good and the ambience is nice, but restaurant service is very slow. Most menu items are out of stock, even basics like lemon and Fanta (soft drink). You have to wonder whether they’re running a restaurant or a Bhandara (free food). The buffet dinner had very few dessert choices, and there wasn’t even any ice cream.

The noise made it hard to sleep, from nearby construction, warehouses and the bus stand, and the AC was noisy too. Getting in is awkward: the route is behind the mall and you have to carry your bags up an incline. The rooms were unclean, staff rude, and service slow. They overcharge for everything. As someone who travels regularly, I wouldn't recommend this place. Rooms 5/10, service 7/10, staff 5/10, food 9/10, comfort 2/10, cleanliness 5/10.

The staff are cooperative and the service is good for the price. Just make sure to check the presidential suite before you book. Its bathroom hasn't been renovated, so you could run into problems.

I was writing this at 3 in the morning, after being kept awake and going hungry. It took them nearly an hour and they still couldn't sort out a veg sandwich and a glass of boiled milk. Nobody even called to say it was delayed. The place was noisy and unclean, and the staff came across as unprofessional and uncultured. There was no dental kit in the bathroom and nothing in the minibar. Definitely not worth the money. I'd give zero stars if that were an option.
