The staff were polite and cooperative, and the room and washroom were both clean and hygienic. It was an easy-to-reach location, with all the basic facilities available. I found the stay comfortable and good value for money. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Delhi and would stay here again.

Rooms seem to go to whoever arrives first, regardless of bookings. Then they try to bargain by offering rooms that are extremely unhygienic. Almost every room is unclean. Very bad experience.

I ended up sitting on the road for nearly half a day with all my luggage after booking through OYO. I'd reserved a room in Delhi, but the hotel refused check-in and said it wouldn't honor the price in the app. Customer care then offered another hotel nearby and asked me to pay in advance. After I paid, they booked a place almost 2 km away, saying it was an OYO villa with a 5 star rating. It was worse than a slum. The manager showed me a foul-smelling room. I was exhausted after the sunny day and carrying my bags, so I considered staying, but when I asked about the AC, he said it was an AC room and then admitted it didn't work. He said, "Oyo walo ko toh sirf booking karna hai. Extra facility to hum dete hai" and offered a working AC room for an extra 2000 rupees. I called customer care straight away to cancel and get a refund, and explained the whole incident. They kept me on hold for almost 45 minutes, then said the manager claimed I'd already checked in, so they couldn't refund me. I demanded they show my ID or signature in the register if that was true. After another hold of more than 30 minutes, they agreed to refund the amount. This was a terrible experience. Stay away from these Oyo people and their partner hotels. They're all FRAUDS.

The owner was polite and the place was very good. I had no issues related to couples or anything with the OYO service. You can book directly through OYO and pay at the hotel.
