It’s in a busy area, which is handy for local shopping and going out. The staff were very polite and even helped me by phone with my reimbursement from MMT. Food service, breakfast included, was good. The room itself was good too, though mine had no ventilation. I’d recommend it, but I think it’s a bit overpriced.

I honestly don’t get the five-star ratings. This was one of the worst hotels I’ve visited, and it’s absolutely disgusting. The room felt cramped, had no outside ventilation, and was very dim. There were stains on the sofa and bed. The bathroom was extremely unhygienic, with fungus that smelled horrible and made it hard to breathe. Customer service was awful too. We called reception three times to ask them to spray air freshener, and nobody responded. At Rs 3500, this place is absolutely not worth it. Maybe at 1500 Rs it would be.

The only thing this place has going for it is how easy it is to get around from here. I’d avoid it if you can. I’m giving two stars because of the room and the hotel staff’s callous response, though the hotel is rated three stars. The central AC in the room didn’t work, so it felt like a sealed, suffocating space. The bathroom had no exhaust, and its vapors made things worse, especially for the kids. I raised the problem repeatedly and was ignored. At checkout, the receptionist gave a sheepish smile while asking me to leave a rating.

We stayed here for official travel because it was about 400m from our project site. Reaching the hotel was always difficult, but the short distance to the site made it manageable. All in all, the experience wasn’t great.

I won’t stay here again. The location is cramped, and room service was slow to respond. You can find better options in karol bagh.
