The rooms are good and the location is decent, though nearby gates being closed can make it confusing sometimes. Service could be better.

The staff were warm and professional from the moment we arrived, and the amenities were top-notch. Our comfortable room had breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The hotel is conveniently placed for exploring the city, and we had a truly memorable stay.

I booked the whole floor with four rooms, but after taking full payment they didn't give us rooms until after 5 p.m. The owner was rude, the service was pathetic, and the stay was totally spoiled. They seem willing to accept online and offline bookings even when they don't have a room, and their answer to everything was, “sorry, not available right now.” Food took two hours to arrive, served in silver containers like a roadside stall, and the hotel provided no cutlery. They had promised a room heater for winter, but none was provided. Staff were drinking in the kitchen until 6 p.m. during the day; after I complained, they left.

The location is handy, easy to find, and surrounded by landmarks. The staff were friendly and tried to help as much as they could. But the rooms had lots of mosquitoes, and they hadn't been prepared properly to get rid of bugs. There was no spray, only a mosquito coil. The hotel has no kitchen of its own. Food for all the branches in the area comes from a restaurant at their Sector 29 branch, so room service took over an hour whenever we ordered. Breakfast was included, but they didn't provide tea or coffee with it, which seemed odd.
