The map location is wrong on Google Maps. At 2 a.m., although my online booking showed up in the receptionist's system, he told me they no longer take online payments and wouldn't even speak with an OYO representative. A terrible place.

The hotel is listed by OYO as “A suites,” but the sign outside says “City Suites.” It's also in a very inconvenient spot, especially if you've got luggage. Ola and Uber won't come directly to the hotel, so you have to go 500 m to the main road to get one.

The room was extremely cramped, only about three steps across. The washrooms were unclean, there was no lift, and customer support was unprofessional.

The washrooms were dirty, and they don't take card payments. The staff were rude and ill-mannered, and didn't even knock before coming into rooms.

Every room had damp seepage, and the bathroom was barely bigger than its doorway.
