The food was good, and I don’t have hard feelings. We might use the hotel again. Still, we were accused of breaking a mirror that was already cracked, and it felt like they were trying to charge us more. I stayed with my family for a week and paid by American Express. One day staff asked us to change rooms, though I didn’t understand why. We hadn’t noticed the crack in the mirror in the new room, but at checkout they accused us of damaging it. The owner seemed to realize I’d report the unauthorized charges to American Express.

The staff were well behaved, and the manager was good. The room was well furnished and clean, as was the bathroom, though there was no view at all. We stayed one night, from 31 Dec, to1jan, and the hotel is very near to the Carol market. We arrived around 1 o’clock at night while travelling from dollhouse, and they arranged dinner in the room, which I appreciated. Dinner and breakfast were just okay, and the food quality and variety could be improved. Car parking might be a problem.

There’s a street market just outside with lots of things to buy. The rooms are modern and neat, and the New Year’s Eve buffet was amazing. On my first trip to Delhi, I found the staff among the friendliest I’ve met. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Mr. Jitender was especially supportive and gave us helpful directions around the city. Food and room service arrived quicker than expected, and the ambience looks good after the hotel’s renovation. We had booked an executive suite but were offered an upgraded suite, which was reasonably clean. I’d recommend it overall, as everything is nearby.

The location was convenient and easy to reach, and the food was delicious. Our rooms were clean, neat, spacious, and had a great ambience. Staff were polite and helpful, service was excellent, and room service arrived on time. We stayed two nights after booking in advance. Thank you, Clark International Team. I’d recommend it for a stay.
