OYO 11594 Hotel TVS

This is the first hotel I've seen charge a service fee on top of the room tariff. When I asked for a bill, they handed me a few scraps of paper with KOT written on them. It seems like there may be tax fraud as well as an issue with the service charge. @oyo, please look into it.

Clean, neat rooms, thoughtful management, a good location, and budget-friendly prices. It felt safe and secure, so you can come without hesitation. What I liked most was being able to get affordable travel packages from here to explore all over India, at a great price.

Privacy here is basically zero, 0/100000. I checked a room, decided to stay, and booked it. That evening, while I was away and my girlfriend was alone in the room, staff came in and said the AC wasn't working and they'd have to fix it, so we had to change rooms. That was really cheap behavior. Please don't book here if you're with your partner.

Very bad hotel. I paid 1000 Rs for 4 hours, and at the same time paid 3200 Rs for a Delhi to Gorakhpur ticket. The TVS Hotel person printed the ticket, but its PNR and ticket number couldn't be found in Red Bus booking. Laxmi holiday bus travels was shown on the printout. I lost my money and missed the bus. Don't book there or stay at TVS hotel Delhi, you'll waste your money.
