My worst experience. They don’t clean properly after guests check out, and the room was stuffy. If you’re staying more than one day, don’t waste your money or time choosing this hotel. Just awful.

The location was good, the room was clean, and it was a great hotel for couples. The manager and staff were very helpful and sorted out our problems. 10/10 overall 😄

This was my second stay here, and it went really well again. The property is kept up nicely, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well arranged. Mr. Prince at reception deserves a mention. He was polite and helpful, made check-in easy, and his warm manner added to the good experience.

I stayed for a week and had a pleasant time. Manager Sajal Pal was polite and very helpful, and the service came through whenever I needed it.

The hotel authorities were rude. They pushed me to book directly through them instead of OYO or another app, while asking for double the money and not telling me the payment would be nonrefundable.
