This was a deeply disappointing experience. The hotel GPS location was wrong, and I couldn't reach the hotel by phone. At 4 in the morning, the customer care executive said he couldn't help, so I had to find another option myself. The listing said there was an in-house kitchen, but there wasn't one. There were no-smoking signs everywhere, yet the place smelled of smoke. I was also asked to pay the full amount on arrival, which I hadn't been told about, even though payment generally happens at checkout. The executive asked for 200 extra per night, claiming it was for a bigger room, but the hotel had no different rooms, they were all the same. I felt duped. This wasn't at all suitable for a family stay. Most pathetic experience.

The staff were extremely rude, and the locality is actually a slum. This place isn't for decent people or couples, and it brings down the standard of Fab hotels. The other accommodations were really good, but this one was horrible.

Nothing but filth. This is a lodge, not a hotel, in a disgusting locality, and the rooms smell like animal waste. You can get much better places at this price, so never spend your money here.

I stayed here for one night and wasn't happy with the room. There was a stink, the walls were dirty, and I spotted cockroaches. The washroom was just okay. Fab hotel was overpriced.

This was a very bad stay. The service was poor, and the room looked like something from a cheap lodge. It's really a guest house, yet Fabhotels charged 1380 Rs for a lodge-type room.
