The location is very good, and the motel staff were awesome in the way they treated us. 👏

The manager should pay more attention to what guests need. The hotel is far from the main road, and there's no restaurant inside. They bring food from a nearby hotel, but there's no menu. They'll also bring bottled water or cold drinks from a general store, so make sure you get what you need before going to sleep. You also have to ask whether breakfast is available when you book the room. There's a small geyser in the room, and the rooms may be small. Some improvement in handling guest requests is needed.

The room photos online were misleading. What I found when I arrived was completely different and horrible, and the wash basin was so tiny I've never seen one like it. Room service was awful too. They didn't even give me a water bottle, glass, or jug at check-in. The manager kept calling and pushing me to book online, saying rooms were filling up fast, but the motel was empty when I actually got there. Absolutely zero rating for this horrible place.

The room was nice, with a comfortable bed, and the manager was helpful and cooperative. I booked for two people but got only one towel, so the linen service needs to improve. Still, a good experience overall.
