We stayed here last month and really liked it. It's in New Town, Action Area One. You can get off at Narkelbagan or Tata Medical Center, then walk a little. The room rent is cheap, and both the service and ambience were very good. They let you bring food in from outside, and can provide plates and spoons if you need them. You can book it through OYO.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. When I arrived, there was a pile of cigarettes and someone else's underwear in the room. I then checked three more properties in that area, and they were all the same. I finally found one after six hours. I'm thinking about starting a business in this area. It seems to me that OYO doesn't have time to visit its vendors and check hotel quality. I don't want to give this place even one star.

I spent 10 days here. The rooms were good and had some extra space, and the service was good as well. The food wasn't very good, so I'd suggest not eating there. Apart from that, everything was just perfect.

Last month we booked this hotel, but when we arrived they told us there were no rooms available. They offered to put us in their room, which was so untidy. The staff were careless, behaved terribly, and didn't seem to know how to take responsibility. The worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

The staff were good, but the room and infrastructure weren't that good. Checking in at night was difficult because they'd switched off the calling bell.
