The whole stay was so awful we left without getting any refund, then moved to a better hotel. I won't ever book an OYO flagship hotel again. Service: 0 stars. Hotel rooms: 0 stars. We'd booked through the OYO app, but the receptionist said our booking wasn't showing in his app and asked for ₹1300 for one night. It was around 43-45°C, and we'd made the silly mistake of not checking the rooms first, so we paid and checked in. The rooms were disgusting, the bedsheets were filthy, and the bathrooms and toilet seats weren't clean. Garbage that looked like it had been there for years was piled by the beds. The AC didn't work, the ceiling fan didn't work, and when it did run in another room, it threw ice from the vents. We asked to check out and get our money back, but the receptionist said he'd already registered us on the hotel portal and couldn't do it then. He moved us to another room, but the toilet was still in such bad condition I couldn't even sit on the seat, and the sheets were dirty too. This place is only here to loot people. I don't recommend it at all. OYO should inspect this hotel.

The room and toilet were good, and the hotel staff behaved well, especially DEBASISH, the receptionist. I have four suggestions. There should be a wall clock in the room, and also a night lamp because it gets completely dark after the main lights are switched off. They offer packed drinking water and the service is very good, but they should also provide regular drinking water in a jug or glass for free in the room. A doorbell is important too. Thank you so much.

The rooms are small and have no ventilation. Blankets and bedsheets weren't clean during my 2-3 day stay. Outside food isn't allowed, and they don't have their own kitchen. The walls are made from some kind of hardboard partition, so you can hear your neighbors talking. You could book another nearby OYO for just 200 bucks more.

They charge 1200-1000 rupees for a room, but the quality and service are zero. There was no water supply in the bathrooms, and the taps were damaged and poorly maintained. The staff were very lazy and didn't respond to requests. When I complained, the manager acted as if he didn't know the taps were broken.

Don't book through OYO. The hotels don't want to accept customers at the low rates, even though OYO has already taken payment in advance, leaving customers in a nightmare situation. OYO has been cheating and harassing customers. #ShameOnOYO #BanOYO #DoNotBookOYO
