The rooms and bathrooms were clean and a decent size, and the hotel was fine for a short stay. The lift, though, was out of service for almost two days after a fire sprinkler burst and flooded the first and second floors. Staff worked to clear the water quickly, but getting to the higher floors was inconvenient, and I wish management had fixed the lift sooner. The intercom also stopped working at times.

It’s close to the airport, and the rooms were clean, with fresh linen and towels. They also provided slippers and shaving and dental kits. Breakfast was nice, and the staff were helpful. When I injured my finger, they went out of their way to get me medical attention.

Hotel 77 is conveniently near the airport. I visited yesterday and had a great time, with very good service and excellent food. It was a wonderful experience.

I paid over 2500 for an unhygienic room. The remote controls didn’t work, and there were stains on the bedsheet, but they still blamed me for them and wanted 1200 for the sheet. The AC never worked, no matter what I tried. They insisted it was working and that I just didn’t know how to use it.

Good service, decent rooms, and a clean toilet. The lift was the one problem I noticed, it’s really small.
