This was the worst experience of my life. I had paid in advance, but at check-in they said no deluxe room was available and wanted extra money for a premium or executive room. I contacted the booking site, which resolved it and got me a premium room without an extra charge, but the room and washroom were still very dirty. I had to ask them to clean the washroom again; after two cleanings it was okay, though the floor was still dirty and the sheets and towels didn't look clean. The blanket wasn't in the room. When I asked, they said it was in the cupboard. The staff member seemed not to know his job and spoke rudely. They also didn't give me a room key. I was in a rush and couldn't wait, so I took all my expensive things with me. The key still hadn't been provided by the next day when I checked out.

We’ve just walked out, and I’m still really irritated. A woman at reception wouldn’t let us book online and pushed us to pay a higher rate in person. Nothing basic was included: no handwash, body wash, water, or even a towel. You also can’t order food online, so every meal means going out.

The lack of basic care was the main problem. There was no drinking water or toilet soap in the room, and getting either took repeated requests that were met with delays or indifference. Staff showed little initiative or concern for guest comfort, and there didn’t seem to be any accountability. This was a deeply frustrating stay, not because I expected luxury, but because even the basics weren’t handled.

We had a connecting flight from Kolkata and already had a room, but they still wouldn’t let us check in just one hour early. The staff were very rude about it. For your own peace of mind, I’d skip this hotel.

I couldn’t stay even five minutes. There was rotten leftover food around the lift and common area, and cockroaches in the room. I also couldn’t get my advance back, even after trying to complain. It makes me question how Fab works with places like this. I paid expecting somewhere decent, but left feeling travellers were being fleeced.
