This is a good budget friendly option in the Park Circus area. I stayed from 01 Dec 2025 to 04 Dec 2025 with my wife and two year old daughter. The room was small to medium sized, fine for a small family, and both it and the bathroom were clean and maintained. The staff were very helpful. There isn't a restaurant attached, so I ordered food from Swiggy. Main attractions are nearby. If you're looking for a budget friendly family hotel, you can definitely consider this.

The rooms were very clean, but I left without staying because the area around the hotel felt so unpleasant. It’s surrounded by garages and car repair shops, with nowhere nearby to get food. The hotel has no kitchen either, and staff politely said Swiggy or Zomato were the only options for meals and breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially for families.

The room was spacious and clean, and the reception staff were helpful and polite. The location was very good too.

My booking was made through booking.com, and I paid half in advance. When I arrived to check in, the hotel wouldn’t let me stay, saying the booking had been cancelled, though they couldn’t explain why. I’m still waiting for my refund. Hotel staff said the money had gone online to fab and they hadn’t received it. Neither the hotel nor booking.com helped me get the money back, so I wouldn’t rely on either.

The staff were so polite and nice that I started thinking about extending my stay at the same hotel.
