I visited at the end of December, 25. The location was great, with restaurants, a tea spot, and a grocery shop all within 100-200m. The receptionist was pleasant, but the room wasn't very clean or fresh-smelling. The hotel didn't provide basics like soap, shampoo, toothpaste, or toothbrushes. Hopefully management looks into this and offers a basic amenities kit.

I had only just checked in when I saw the room, and there was nobody at reception or available for service. Cleaning is a major problem, and support was no help. I booked through Agoda, but Agoda sent me to OYO customer care, which said to ask Agoda because they couldn't help. It felt like nobody would help. Sintu was available to assist, though, so I raised the rating from 1 to 3.

Mr. sintu rawani, the head at reception, was very helpful and always greeted me warmly. The rooms were clean, and the location was good too. I had a nice visit.

There was a lot of noise coming from the gym area. The walls were very dirty, with something all over them, and the curtains looked as if they had never been cleaned. They should also have a telephone in the room for emergencies or contacting reception. No water bottle was provided when I checked in.
