The staff were very good and helpful, and there are shops nearby. It's a nice place to stay right in the city center, with the basic amenities. The room lighting could use an upgrade.

The staff and guards were so sweet and polite with us. They made us feel comfortable, and it was the best experience.
I only went to ask about booking and didn't stay. The rooms looked spacious and clean, and the price was very reasonable. There's no restaurant, but the staff can buy food from outside if you order.
The stay itself was pleasant, with an easy check-in, complimentary breakfast, and blazing-fast Wi-Fi. The TV had channels in almost every language. I arrived at night and had trouble finding the place, even though it's on the main road. It's beside the Manyuvar showroom, next to a street. All rooms have AC, but there's no remote, so we had to switch it off at night because 18 degrees was too cold for sleeping. The bedsheet wasn't very clean but was manageable, and the bathroom was a little dirty but manageable too. There was no water geyser, despite what the OYO app said. Drinking water came in an old refilled Bisleri bottle, which didn't seem good, so I thought of boiling it. But the electric kettle in the room was rusted at the bottom.
Tushar Mondal, Mona Kaka*, and Deep provided excellent service. The room was up to the mark, and the amenities were available. Thank you, Gallery Inn, for the great service.
