Golden Heaven Hotel & Restaurant

The person at reception was quite helpful, and the location is quite near the airport. I stayed one night because of a late night flight, but the room was poor for the price and looked like it hadn't been renovated in years. There was mould on every wall, and the bathroom was much the same. At least I didn't need to spend long there. There's no food available at the property, and water isn't provided, so you have to pay extra for it. I wouldn't book again.

The caretaker was a very good boy, helpful and friendly. The luxury property had very good service.

The staff's behavior was okay, but I had a hard time finding the hotel. I booked it through Google Map for an overnight stay before an early flight, and it took me one and half hours to locate it. The hotel is actually 1 km away from its location as shown. I tried calling several times, but only a booking desk number was listed. The staff said the restaurant had been closed since CoVID, so I had to order food from Zomato. My room was tiny, with just 1 feet of space after the bed. Heavy vehicles on the road made the building vibrate, and I couldn't sleep.

The food was better than the hotel itself would suggest, and I got by since I only needed the room for a few hours. Still, the room was the dirtiest I’ve ever stayed in, with stained bedsheets and no tissue in the bathroom. The building is right beside the main road and shakes whenever a heavy vehicle goes past. My stay was okay for a short stop, but I’d look elsewhere for anything longer than a day.
