I stayed for 8 nights. The room and washroom were neat and tidy, the staff helpful and courteous, and the location nice. It’s a budget-friendly place and has an in-house restaurant, though the menu prices seemed a little high compared with outside food options in Kolkata. The main drawback for me was that outside food from Swiggy and Zomato wasn’t allowed. I think the owner or management should change that for customer satisfaction.

The food tasted very good, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Everyone from the hotel was polite. The receptionist, Ranojit, was especially nice and courteous to everyone.

The location is about the only thing going for it. The rooms were small and not basically clean, and the spring-loaded bed made me hope I could get some sleep. For vegetarians, breakfast choices were just bread and butter or puri sabji, with no buffet. The rooms felt so substandard that they seemed meant only for short hourly stays, if you know what I mean 😉. Not for a business trip or family stay.

Absolutely horrible place. I’m 23, and when I tried to leave around 1 am to catch a flight, they harassed me and wouldn’t let me go until a male figure came to give me “permission.” The beds were awful too, and something or other was broken in each room.
