The fan made a noise even on speed 1. Reception said it would be fixed by evening, but when I returned the noise was still there. When I complained again, they said a mechanic had repaired it and asked why I was making a fuss. I asked them to check it themselves and then move me to another room, but they refused both requests, so I took the video. A waiter suggested using the AC, but it wasn't hot enough for that, and it wasn't cold enough to sleep without the fan either. I won't stay here again.

I was overcharged, and when I tried to discuss the bill, the staff were rude, argumentative, and disrespectful instead of sorting it out politely. The rooms are tiny, dirty, poorly maintained, and smell stale, while the washrooms are unhygienic. For their high rates, the quality is nowhere near acceptable. The place lacks cleanliness, transparency, and basic hospitality. I'd advise people to avoid it.

The price feels high for the rooms and facilities they provide. My stay wasn't satisfying, just OK at best.

The breakfast was a mess, both poorly organized and low quality, and the hygiene standards were unacceptable. In its current state, this place doesn't deserve even one star. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The place was peaceful and quiet, and I enjoyed staying there. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms and bathrooms clean, and the rooms comfortable. It's easy to get to, and breakfast and lunch are available. I'd come back.
