Dear Mr Samanta, Thanks for the invitation. We spoke today. I’m writing specifically about the Durga Puja Thali, not the hotel. Compared with last year, the food quality has dropped. The rice was half-cooked and had to be replaced, and the aam chutney in the dessert left my family feeling that this year's quality had been severely compromised. Last year was exceptional, and staff management was excellent too. This time, whenever we asked staff for something, the answer was immediately no, so I had to call you. Customer experience needs to be taken seriously. Rather than offering too many dishes, it would be better to focus on fewer items and make them well. I live in Europe, and when we come during pujas, we really expect quality. Please don't expect us back next year. Thanks, Dr Amitava Ghosh

The restaurant staff were cordial, especially the woman serving at lunch and the young man at breakfast. The room was spacious, though some areas were dark and could use more lighting. The set menu could offer more variety, and the toiletries were very small. They provided just two small water bottles for free. I’m not sure they’d give extra bottles if asked, and that amount wouldn't have been enough if I hadn't been traveling alone. Please provide more water. There wasn't plenty of hot water for a bath, so the geyser may have a small capacity. The hotel is nice and cozy, but it isn't suitable for elderly people.

The room was clean, cozy, and kept in lovely condition. I felt comfortable and relaxed during my stay, like I'd found a little peaceful escape. A truly lovely experience, and well worth five stars!

The location is superb, and the rooms are excellent. Service was prompt, and the food's quality and taste were top-notch. Chicken tikka and mutton kosha were delicious, but the chicken wrapped prawns were the standout. Just wow... 👌👌

Hello, I’m leaving this feedback about the hotel food in hopes they’ll improve it. We paid quite a lot, but the taste didn't meet our expectations. We went this afternoon on Ashtami and tried their thali. There were plenty of options, but the polau, payesh, mutton, chicken, and the other dishes didn't taste right to us. The service was fantastic and on time, but the food quality was a big disappointment.
