Hotel Golden Palace

The staff were especially kind and gentle with our baby, and did what they could to keep her happy and comfortable. She stayed calm and cheerful, which made a real difference to us as parents. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a peaceful feel. This was one of our best hotel stays as a family with a young child. I’d recommend it for solo travelers, couples, or families, and we’ll definitely return.

Hotel Golden Palace advertised a “Super Deluxe Room,” but what we got was dirty and damaged, nothing like the booking pictures. The photos and videos we attached show the difference between what was promised and what we received. There was no proper cleanliness, the AC hadn’t worked since check-in, maintenance was poor, and the staff showed no professionalism. Even basic hygiene was missing. One star is too much. A very bad experience, avoid this hotel.

We traveled from the south and found this a safe place for a family stay. Suman and the receptionist were particularly welcoming, guiding us and helping with cab bookings and tour details. The hospitality and service from the hotel team were just wow. I’d definitely recommend it for families looking for a safe stay.

Alisha was very helpful and cooperative. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully laid out, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing after a long day.
