The location is good, but the room service isn't decent. Food costs more than it should, and they don't change the bedsheets, always saying the laundry hasn't been delivered yet. The service and the way they treat guests need to improve soon, otherwise the repeated false promises and bad behaviour could shut the hotel down. I'm giving 3 stars and hope they take this seriously.

We had to change rooms three times because the hot water machine wasn't working, the lights were faulty, and the bedsheet they gave us was torn. I also waited a long time after repeatedly calling for room cleaning, and when staff finally came they were disrespectful. We arrived at 1 am and knocked to have the gate opened, since I'd already booked and paid for a room. They first told me the hotel was full, then accepted my stay after I argued. Their disrespect toward me as a woman and a deaf person made me afraid that night. The many problems and lack of respect made the stay uncomfortable.

We ended up standing on the road until a cab came and took us somewhere else, as suggested by local tea shops. MMT refunded the booking amount, minus some fees and charges, but their support system seemed nonexistent, so booking through them feels like a bad choice. I had booked online through MMT because the hotel looked decent, but the hotel refused to give us rooms, saying they couldn't find the booking details. I was shocked, as I was with my family, including women and children. While I was calling MMT to sort it out, they wouldn't even let my family sit in the lobby. The hotel showed very little basic courtesy.
