What a waste of money. We were paying for an average hotel but didn't get the amenities, and there was no food facility. The bedsheets and cushions were dirty. When I asked for them to be changed, someone told me they'd been cleaned by others. I hope management improves the facilities and corrects this in future.

The rooms are good, with hot water and cable available, but the internet is very slow and the Wi-Fi wasn't working. The reception manager doesn't know how to speak to guests.

No cleaning, no soap, no water, and no decent facilities. The A/C kept losing power, and they seemed worried the bill would rise from using it. I had to call 10 times before they turned the A/C on. Very bad hotel compared with others, so don't come here.

The staff's behavior wasn't good, and there's no room service. They don't offer working AC rooms as expected: after I booked one, they switched off the AC after an hour. The manager said they couldn't keep the AC running 24 hours.

The rooms were clean, and you can order food online. Everything else was good, though the AC doesn't work on backup power during an outage.
