The gym was a real plus for me. It’s well equipped and usually empty, so I could use it easily. One young server in the restaurant also put in real effort and knew how to treat customers. Most of the other staff seemed uninterested or not properly trained. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, but checkout day service was disappointing. I asked for water and was told mineral water would cost extra because I was leaving. I’d paid for that day, so that didn’t seem reasonable. Food was another problem. Prices were high for the quality, and the pizza I got seemed to be frozen dough with random leftovers on top. I asked several times for smaller portions, but nothing changed, so I wasted food every day.

Breakfast was below average, and they struggled to manage the weekend crowd. The rooms were clean, but the hair dryer and kettle didn’t work. I called several times to have them fixed and nobody came. The room card also failed, so every time I needed the master key to get in.

The location worked well, and rickshaws were fairly easy to find. The staff were especially friendly and attentive, and both the food and included breakfast were very good and hygienic. The rooms were just alright, though. I had to switch three times, twice because of roaches and once because the lighting was poor. The AC was the biggest issue: at night it stayed boiling hot even set to 16 degrees, then by morning the room would be freezing.

It’s about 2 km from the railway station. The restaurant food felt a bit pricey for the area. The rooms are good, though the standard room, especially the bathroom, isn’t very spacious. A deluxe room has a lot more space and extra amenities.

We stayed one night on the way to the Rann of Kutch. The room was clean, spacious, and the service was good. Breakfast was just okay, but we had a comfortable stay and I’d recommend it.
