Esplanade is just a few minutes away on foot, so the location is good. The reception staff weren't very welcoming, and the lift is an unusually small, old thing. Room service was hardly available. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The city-center location was convenient, but the service was the worst we've ever had. Room service was awful, and the bathroom and toilet were dirty. When we raised it, staff gave the ridiculous excuse that it was "cat littered," which was completely unacceptable. We also felt very uncomfortable because every staff member who came to our room asked us for tip money. The cleanliness and service made this a terrible stay. I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone.

The food was tasty and good value, and the hotel was conveniently close to attractions. We had clean, comfortable, spacious rooms, with friendly staff who were helpful and accommodating. Service was attentive and efficient too. You should come here.
