Northin Hotel Kolkata Airport

The location is convenient, with very good communications and close access to the airport. The views were very good, the staff behaved well, and the place had lovely vibes and an eco friendly atmosphere. The food quality was excellent, and the rooms and washrooms were clean. The swimming pool and gym were too good, and the bar section was magnificent, with super fine liquor available and tasty food. It's a great destination for family festivals as well as office meetings and conferences. Best wishes and thanks.

The rooms were very clean and well serviced, and the food was flavourful and reasonably priced for a 4 star. Staff across reception, housekeeping and the restaurants were helpful and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located and provides good service. Special thanks to reception staff Mr. Suman, Ms. Neha and Mr. Arjun for all their hard work and help.

The manager was absent on the day of the event, and the staff seemed clueless much of the time. We booked this place for a family member's birthday gathering, but the food was nowhere near what we'd been promised. The starters arrived cold, and the main course was delayed endlessly while the guests waited. It became awkward and completely ruined the evening. They couldn't keep their promise at all. Such disappointment. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The staff made us feel welcome right from reception, and they were great at understanding what we needed. We liked the tasty food and the room service, too. The ambience and location were both good, and we really enjoyed our stay. We'd recommend it.
