For our family function, I booked Sublime banquet hall, and the staff did so much to make everyone comfortable. The service and hospitality were amazing, and the food was top-notch. Avik, the manager, took care of every detail. Hugely recommended anytime.

I visited Hotel The Sojourn about two weeks ago. The place was calm, comfortable, safe, and quiet, and it worked well for a business trip or a short personal stay. My room was spacious enough, clean, and well maintained, with basic amenities that all worked. The staff were polite, helpful, and responsive; check-in and check-out went smoothly, and common areas were kept clean. Some fittings felt a little dated, food choices could be more varied, and service could be slow during busy hours. Good value for money and a comfortable stay.

The bathrooms were outdated and didn't have proper doors. I found the food very poor and it didn't seem fresh. The sambar looked and tasted as if it had been made almost two days earlier. The food felt unhealthy and unhygienic, far below what I expected from a place like this. I'd strongly avoid booking or visiting until they improve both food quality and hygiene. If you're willing to risk your health, you can book here, otherwise stay away.

The decoration, food, and event management were exceptional. Hotel Sojourn and the team helped me coordinate my daughter's wedding and made sure everything was taken care of. They exceeded my expectations in every possible way and made her big day special. A very pleasant experience. Thank you again.
