The breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was really convenient, and the staff gave us warm, attentive service. A lovely, hassle-free stay. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely return.

The breakfast was a highlight, with lots to choose from and new items added each day. When I told them the day before that I had an early flight and would check out early, they prepared a breakfast bag to take along. I hadn't expected that, and I really appreciated how much they cared about guests. I stayed five days. The staff, including the restaurant team, were kind and polite and looked after my needs. Room service was good, and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, coffee sachets and everything provided. I would really recommend this place.

A great value place in a central location. The hotel and rooms were in superb condition, with luxurious rooms, clean bathrooms, tasty breakfast and good service. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

Hotel Kempton, Kolkata had friendly staff, a good location and comfortable, well-furnished rooms, and I had a pleasant stay. I did find it a little expensive, though, and the room cleaning and maintenance could be improved. Still a nice place to stay.

The spacious room was thoughtfully designed, well maintained and had all the essentials, so it was comfortable and convenient. Housekeeping kept it spotless every day, which made the stay relaxing and refreshing. The staff welcomed me warmly when I arrived, and check-in was quick and easy. The lobby had a modern but comforting feel that made a good first impression. The rooms are nicely decorated and really good. My recent stay became one of my most memorable travel experiences in a long time.
