Krish Residency by OYO Rooms

The room was dirty and had insects all around, with no cleanliness at all. They say outside food isn't allowed, yet they ask you to order from swiggy. Service was very bad too: even after I told them multiple times, nobody came to empty the dustbin or clean the room. Very bad experience.

The rooms and washrooms were dirty, and the bedsheets and blankets weren't clean either. There was no service. Worst hotel and service.

Cockroaches were all over the room, and it hadn't been cleaned properly before they gave it to me. The bed had hair and yellow stains, though I don't know what the stains were. In the bathroom, neither the shower nor the taps worked properly. Staff were uncooperative and behaved very badly, and no room service was provided. At this price range there are much better options. Very, very bad experience, don't stay here.

The location in New Town is convenient, with good connectivity, and the rooms are generally described as clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It's a decent, budget-friendly place for a short trip. Guests often praise the helpful, friendly staff and quick response to requests, along with the tasty in-house food. Some older reviews, especially from before the rebranding, mention uneven service and occasional hygiene issues, though recent feedback suggests those have improved. Super Townhouse New Town, formerly known as Krish Residency, is a practical, affordable option if you're looking for good service in New Town.
