During my stay I was having a slightly difficult time, and Mr Mayukh from the in-room dining team made a real difference with his calm, polite, and positive manner. It wasn’t only the service, but also the empathy and respect behind it that stood out. Little gestures can mean a lot to the person receiving them, even if they may seem small to a company. People like him quietly set an example. His dedication and attitude deserve recognition and growth. Employees like him lift the guest experience and represent the organization with grace, and that kind of hospitality is why guests return. Thank you and all the best. 🍀🧿✨

We were left waiting in the lobby for 50 minutes because the rooms weren’t ready. Even after that, the rooms assigned to us were dirty. The staff were polite and apologized online, but that didn’t help. The rooms, bedsheets, pillow covers, and blankets were very dirty, and we found hair in the food. The chicken pieces in the biriyani we ordered to the room were very dirty too. It was a really bad stay. Everything needs improvement.

The cozy room had soft lighting and a quiet hum of conversation, a nice setting for a relaxed evening at “Lemon tree premier “. Chef Devashish prepared a great meal. I started with a pasta starter that balanced earthy beets, creamy cheese, and tangy vinaigrette. The vegetarian main course was cooked perfectly, and the mint sauce was a lovely complement. Our server was mayukh, Neha , lakit, ranjeet and a Trainee Devanjana. & GM- Abhishek , knowledgeable and friendly, and offered a great recommendation. It was an exceptional meal, and I can’t wait to return for their signature dessert.

At Lemon Tree Premier, Gopal made a refreshing mocktail with well-balanced flavors, vibrant layers, and a fresh mint garnish. It looked beautiful and was just right for a relaxed evening. Rehaman served it with warm hospitality and attention to detail, which made the experience even better. I’d recommend it if you’re after a refreshing mocktail that looks as good as it tastes.

The team at Lemon Tree made things easy throughout my stay. They were friendly, attentive, and quick to help. I also enjoyed the varied buffet, with dishes that were nicely prepared and presented. My room was modern, cozy, and well kept, and the pool was a welcome place to unwind after a busy day. Lemon Tree in Newtown combines comfort, good service, and useful amenities. I’d recommend it.
