Fabhotel Raj Palace I

The person I spoke to on the phone was rude. They’re listed on several platforms but don’t accept online bookings from any of them. If you’re travelling from far away, it’s better to skip this place and avoid a surprise during your trip.

The staff were very good, but I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. The room smelled of cigarettes, the linen was very dirty, and there was live fungus on the bed. They moved us to another room, but that first impression meant we couldn’t rest well. The food is cooked by a third party, and all the curries taste the same. I was only there for half a day, so it didn’t matter a lot to me. Still, they should replace or properly treat the beds and furniture, or it could cause health issues.

The hotel was good, and so was the staff.

The rooms are very small, and the hotel is only average. It doesn’t deserve a 4.4 rating at all. The staff play tricks to get better reviews, offering one water battle in exchange for a good rating. If you don’t leave a good review, you won’t get a water battle 😀. We’d rather open tourists’ eyes than mislead them over a 20 Rs water battle.
