They sold me breakfast as a full spread, but what the hotel offered was poha and biscuits. That wasn’t fair. Fab hotel customer care has been unresponsive and shows no interest in giving a refund. Bad experience.

The place was dirty, from the linen to the room and facade, and they didn’t even provide basic things like water. There’s no banner saying Fabhotel, and they show the whole building as theirs even though they operate on just one floor. Not worth a single star. This should be closed right away.

The manager was awful. In the middle of the night they wouldn’t let us in and pushed us out onto the street, with no concern for the two women outside. Their reason was that we had one copy and one original of our identity proof.

My experience was very poor. The first thing they asked me was my religion, which was really disappointing. The rooms weren’t good, the floor area was poor, the room was too small, and things didn’t work properly. The deluxe room was shown with a bathtub, but when I arrived they said nothing was available. I booked through the FAB hotels app, where breakfast was listed as complimentary, but the hotel refused to provide it. I arrived 50 minutes early because of the rain, and they charged me an extra 700rs even though I’d booked a deluxe room for two days. They also didn’t make any entry in their register, so they could earn it as black money.
