The staff were rude, and the rooms were very untidy. It wasn't a pleasant experience at all.

The service was fabulous and the staff were very good. The cleaning needs improvement, though.

I booked through Agoda, but when I arrived, the guest house denied having any booking, even after I showed them my confirmation email. The email had no phone number to contact the property. This hotel is listed on all the major booking sites, but in my experience, the photos, ratings and amenities are all fraudulent. Don't get caught out.

The room was awful and full of mosquitoes. When we asked for something to spray, they said, “Don't worry, they won't bite” :). They hadn't even removed the plastic from the mattress, and the bedsheet and pillow cover were very dirty. Never book this oyo.
