Sourav's professionalism, friendly manner, and attention to guests made my stay memorable, and I'm especially grateful for his support. The staff were very polite and ready to help, while the food was fresh, delicious, and served promptly. The rooms and common areas were impressively clean, and my room was comfortable and well maintained. Hotel Royal Crowne is conveniently located for Kolkata Airport travelers. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend it for a pleasant stay near the airport.

I couldn't relax with the dirty, bad-smelling bedsheet and blanket. The furniture was old and in poor condition, and the room's cleanliness was a major problem. The bathroom was frustrating too, with very slow tap water and a shower that didn't work properly. Outside, the surrounding area was messy and smelled unpleasant. My stay at Hotel Royal Crowne was disappointing, just 2 out of 5, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, hygienic place.

Even for a few hours, I'd avoid this place. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and smoking is allowed inside, with an ashtray provided. I also think the photos are AI generated, if you look closely. A little rain leaves the road waterlogged. Pay extra for a room on the main road and avoid this place.

I got the worst service here. Staff were unhelpful and behaved badly, with very rude, unprofessional service throughout.
