We spent five days in a roomy, airy one-bedroom apartment. It was clean and comfortable, with good linens and towels, a kitchenette stocked with the crockery and cutlery needed for a quick meal, plus a washer and dryer that came in handy. Habibulla and Dipayan sorted out any issues quickly, and Prashanto was especially helpful with our immediate needs. It's quite far from the city, but I'd gladly stay here again and recommend it for either a short or longer stay.

The best part of my four-day stay was how Avijit and Habib made me feel welcome. They were friendly, quick to respond, and helpful with check-in and local tips, and their attentive service made the visit much smoother. The 1 BHK was quiet, cozy, and private, with a comfortable bed and a working kitchen. Everything was clean, well cared for, and supplied with the essentials. The location was convenient too. I'd book this apartment again, both for the place itself and for Avijit and Habib's thoughtful service.

The quiet setting was good for morning or evening walks, with shops nearby for matka tea, breakfast, and ice cream. The location was clean and convenient, and getting an Uber was easy. Room attendants can arrange tea and food for an extra charge. The staff were courteous and helpful. Mr. Habib kept me updated about my booking and answered my concerns, while Mr. Abhijit helped with check-in and check-out and arranged for my luggage to be looked after even after I left. Good value for the money.

The lake view outside was a real treat, especially at night when it looked like a mini Kashmir. The room was excellent, and the property manager was humble and polite. Avijit and Mr. Habib made me feel comfortable, with Avijit in particular taking good care of me. From booking through the end of my trip, it was a pleasant experience. They set up a WhatsApp group for guest concerns, which worked well. Mr. Habib, Avijit, and Devyian coordinated everything from check-in onward, and were reachable with one call. Room and restroom cleaning, along with the rest of the coordination, went smoothly. I'd like to return and am considering arranging company stays with them, since they have properties across the metro city. I strongly recommend the apartments for their comfort and service.

The calm atmosphere and quick service made this a comfortable stay. My room was spacious, clean, and well looked after, and the food had plenty of tasty choices. Everyone was friendly and ready to help. Special thanks to Abhijet, mohomad, and the service partner. I'd recommend a visit and would be glad to come back.
