We stayed for two days and our room was never cleaned. They also don't allow outside food or drinks, and the staff weren't friendly. Room service was the only dining option, took almost an hour, and brought cold food at prices as high as a five-star hotel. There is no restaurant. The bathroom was very dirty, often had no water, had no toilet amenities, and there was no hot water. The room itself was quite big, but not clean enough, with very few amenities and no dining table or drinking glass. Staff argued loudly among themselves around 3 am. I booked through the OYO app, which showed INR 1920 for two days. At the hotel they demanded more, saying the two-day tariff was INR 4880. I contacted OYO support, and they directed me to another nearby hotel. I had another appointment, so I had to stay here and pay an additional amount. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had in the city.

The balcony was a nice spot to relax, but the room was horrible and not clean at all. The AC seemed ancient, and the washroom drain wasn't working. For the complimentary breakfast they served only boiled Maggie. The hotel's okay-ish, and the staff's manner was below par.

The TV was there for show and didn't work, and the AC was old, noisy, and barely effective. On the plus side, the room was average-clean, the food was good in both quality and quantity, and the staff were helpful and always ready to serve. Pricing was average too. If you're going with someone you love and want to spend some time together, this hotel is an option, and the staff's behaviour wasn't an issue.

The chicken masala at dinner was the best part, and the room had comfortable space and lighting. The location was convenient, with a good balcony view and AC, and safety and security seemed sound. There were few food choices and no menu card. Staff didn't seem professional or open to suggestions or complaints, so I wouldn't complain. Bedsheets and toilets could be cleaner, and tea wasn't their strong point. You also have to pay for lunch and dinner each day instead of settling one cumulative bill at checkout.

It's easy to get around from here, about a four-minute walk to the em bypass main road. Mineral water costs rs 30, and there's no card payment option at the property, though you can pay by card through the OYO app. For unmarried couples, it's okay, and the toilet was clean. The rooms were clean, but didn't look like the pictures. Staff were neutral and okayish, though they could be friendlier, and service could be better.
