It's a fine place if you're looking for something very affordable. The staff are courteous and sincerely look after your belongings. It's within a reasonable distance of many city attractions, while the surroundings stay calm and serene.

We ended up being moved to another hotel by OYO, but they didn't cover the travel cost. Their main office called after hearing about the issue and scolded the manager over the phone. We had booked through Expedia, which books this OYO hotel through OYO. First the reception told us there were no rooms, even though we'd called the manager the day before and he had acknowledged our arrival. We argued that they shouldn't accept bookings if rooms weren't available. The manager was nowhere around. When we called, he said to wait five minutes, but over an hour passed. Then we called the OYO Captain of kolkata, who made us wait again before the main office called. We were lucky it happened in the daytime; imagine being left waiting at night. This keeps happening to other people too. Book only through OYO, or avoid booking here altogether.

The owner in particular was nice and well behaved, and the location was good. The room wasn't the one I had seen in the pictures, though, and the breakfast quality could be better. The room was cle3.

It's right in the city center, which makes getting around convenient. A decent place to stay while exploring the city, with good breakfast and courteous staff.

The facilities are good, and I loved it. Food quality was avesome, and the prices for both rooms and food were good for a budget full inn. Reception service was so quick.
