OYO 11379 Jams Guest House

The price was easy on the pocket, and the property is an average place to stay. The area and connections are good, and they have parking. Still, the furniture had a layer of dust and the washroom lock was missing. My main issue was the food and an over-smart staff member. I ordered a meal, but without telling me, he got it from Zomato. What arrived was cheap quality and a smaller portion, even though I paid extra. He said he'd bring the rest of my food, then never came back.

We paid almost 1800 and got really poor, unprofessional service. The first room they gave us was filthy, with an untidy bathroom and cigarette leftovers all over it. When we refused it, they moved us to another room, but the bed hadn't been made properly and there was hair all over the sheets and pillow covers. No hand towels were provided. The cushions were old and cheap, so we couldn't use them. The receptionist also never answered on the first ring.

Completely worthless service. His staff demanded an extra 1000/- and otherwise refused to give us the room. The behavior was very bad.

The room was good, and the staff were polite and well-mannered, which is why I'm giving this hotel 5 stars. If you need a budget place, you can bring your family here. Couples are welcome too, and trust me, you'll have a nice experience.
