Capital O 19964 Aspiring Inn

On 29.07.2024, during my stay from 11:00 Am check-in to 7.30pm check-out, the lady staff member was impatient, dismissive, and rude. At breakfast that day, she was unfriendly and unhelpful as well. I’m extremely disappointed with the service at [Hotel - Capital O Aspiring Inn]. This behavior affected my stay and fell far below what I expect from a hotel of its reputation. The room was filthy and broken, and the hotel’s standards and service were very poor. Staff were awful, totally chapri. None of the amenities worked properly: turning on the tap brought on the shower, and the TV and Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. A total waste of money, don’t go.

I’ve been coming to this place for the last 3 years, but over the past 3-4 months I’ve had problems with the manager’s behavior. On 11th June 2024, I arrived around 7.45pm after you had messaged me on WhatsApp to stay at your property. She spoke rudely and said she wouldn’t give me a room because my behavior wasn’t good. I felt really embarrassed and insulted, especially since she did it in front of other guests. Please take some action, and you can check the CCTV footage. This was shameful.

Breakfast was okay, and the staff tried to help, but the service still wasn’t up to scratch. There were only two men working, and when our intercom stopped working we had to keep going downstairs for water. Even after asking two or three times, it could take a while because one person was handling the desk. The hotel is far from the sightseeing spots, and when we checked in late, the blankets were very dirty despite staff saying laundry had washed them. They still had lipstick stains, and the room smelled odd, so we couldn’t sleep under them and asked for fresh covers that night. One staff member came to show us another room wearing just a towel and T-shirt. The front desk was cluttered, with a cigarette box on it.
