The rooms are a good size, but the TV never worked during my three days there, even for a moment. You also have to ask every day for the basic drinking water in the room. In the restaurant I had North Indian food, which was third quality. They made me ask three or four times just to get a glass, and staff told me to come to their desk to sign the bill. The service was the worst I’ve experienced. The staff were arrogant and didn’t know how to treat customers. It felt like there was no management at all.

It’s a lovely spot for a short stay, with a really friendly atmosphere. The hosts were flexible and accommodating. The rooms are clean and have hot water, and there’s a mini fridge. Domino’s is on the ground floor, and they let us bring pizza up to the room. It’s near the railway station, at the back. I just love this place.

The other services were good, but I was charged Rs 199/- for an early morning check-in without any voucher. The reception said the early morning fee was 30 percent of the total charges.

After I confirmed a booking through Make my trip, the hotel turned it down because they had received a higher rate booking. The staff were arrogant and seemed to know how to talk to customers in a way that could easily cheat them. There was nobody to carry luggage, so you have to take your own bags. I strongly recommend against staying here. The worst hotel in Bhubneshwar.
