OYO Flagship 24739 Ap Guest House

For such an affordable, low price, the rooms are decent. But there’s a lack of service, a menu, and other amenities you’d usually need for a longer stay.

There’s no grace period at checkout. They charge strictly once it’s past 11 am, even if you’re just five minutes late. Customers don’t seem to matter here, and responses are poor. Service needs a lot of improvement.

The room was too small, and there were leftover plates in it. They gave two of us just one towel and told us to make do, saying they didn’t have enough towels and the others were still wet.

Be careful booking online. I booked through agoda.com, but when I arrived, the property owner charged double, saying they were losing money by offering the online price. You could end up being cheated.
