They quoted me 800 RS at first, then raised it to 1100 rs once I got to their guest house. They’re liars.

The bed itself was good, but the room was very unclean and the bedsheet was in terrible condition. It was a very bad stay overall. When I booked this oyo guest house on 1/6/2024, the total shown was 703 rs. I arrived on 2/6/2024 at 11.50 am, and the receptionist told me I owed 958 rs. I don’t know how that amount changed. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

The room rent didn’t match the amount shown at booking, and OYO did nothing about it or refund the extra amount. A very bad experience with OYO. They make fake commitments and show fake room rent in the OYO apps.

The staff weren’t cooperative, and the rooms were only okay. The photos online are misleading and show the wrong rooms. Even after arriving, they may tell you your booking isn’t confirmed. They wouldn’t allow check-in even an hour or two early, and made it feel like they were doing you a favor.

We had a good experience. The room was spacious, the location was good, and the staff were helpful and cooperative.
