The rooms and guest house are in very good condition for this locality, and it's an ideal budget stay for a solo traveler near Kolkata International Airport. Ask for a road-facing room if you can. There are lots of rooms, and the ones at the back feel a little scary because they're so quiet and lonely. It's not ideal for checking in with family, but setting aside the things oyo rooms are famous for, it's a good option for traveling alone.
I visited on 16-10-2025 and was given non-AC room 208. The room was very bad, with no airflow, and people felt suffocated. Please arrange rooms with ventilation.

Regards. When listing rooms, hotels should clearly show bed arrangements, extra bed options and air conditioning right from the first list view. Details like the window view or whether there's a balcony matter too, and each hotel has a slightly different set of features.
The manager behaved very badly and blamed everything on Oyo. The whole experience was unprofessional. I booked one thing and got something completely different, including the dirtiest room I've ever seen. Oyo customer service couldn't fix it even after I complained three times. They charged me the full amount for a very bad room. I'd never book here again. Don't book unless you're ready to suffer. It was a complete mess.
