Oyo 11422 Green Edge Regency

I was confused by the word 'Home' when I first booked an Oyo, but my friend explained it, and I had no trouble after that. The layout had a kitchen, dining space, living area, bedroom, and bathroom, and the interiors were beautiful and well maintained. Everything worked, including the lights and fans. Water was always available, and so was the geyser. There were two ACs, though I didn't need them in winter. The staff were polite and helpful, and the cleanliness was kept up. Towels were clean and scented, and they provided OYO kits with shower gel and hand soap. There are markets nearby and food is available. I really loved staying here and would like to visit again. My one complaint is breakfast: they should have included some kind of complimentary breakfast. Otherwise, it was very good and deserves five stars.

The location is good, and the rooms are nice for the price. Some of the ACs don't work properly. The curtains are so thin that daylight gets into the room in the morning and can wake you up. Also, don't look along the edges or underneath the mattress.

I stayed here with my family for almost a month. It felt like living in an automated home, and the place had a very good look and feel. We had tasty, healthy food from the in-house restaurant every day. They described it as a complete Holiday Home package. I really appreciated the management and the discipline among the staff.

I booked for one day, then stayed almost another month. The interior design is excellent, and the 3x deluxe room feels like a five-star room. Staff were helpful and behaved very well, and the room and clothes were cleaned every day. One deluxe room had two ACs, two TVs, two single beds, a folding sofa bed, and a dinner table. I had an occasional water problem, perhaps because they didn't check the tank daily. Mr Malay was especially friendly and helpful. I think you can book here with your eyes closed.
