I spent nearly four months here during my internship and found it a pleasant, practical place for both short and longer stays. The staff were cordial, professional, and ready to help. Housekeeping came regularly, and the rooms and shared areas were kept clean. The food was decent, with a satisfactory range for staying long term. The location is another big plus, with easy access to major parts of Kolkata and key destinations about 3 km away.

The location is convenient, and staff were polite and helpful throughout my decent stay at Itsy Hotel Neeranand Plaza. Breakfast was the weak point. Options were limited, sometimes just a very basic selection, with little variety or flexibility compared with a proper buffet or broader menu. Even though I paid for breakfast, each person could only have a limited number of items, which felt restrictive. There’s no full in-house restaurant either, just mainly à la carte breakfast served in rooms, so dining here is quite basic.

I spent five nights here and came away happy with the stay. The staff were warm and helpful, and the price felt very reasonable for what was provided. It was easy to get to the metro, shops, restaurants, cabs, and nearby sights. There was also fast Wi-Fi, breakfast, food service, laundry, housekeeping, hot water, AC, and a lift.

The rooms were good. We were 14 in total, including a 10-year-old, but the complimentary breakfast arrangement covered 13 adults and they asked us to pay extra for the child. We asked our trip organizer to check with them about it.
