The property is well maintained, and the rooms are good with satisfactory service. But there are rules to think about before booking: no smoking or drinking, and a guest can only visit someone in the room for up to 30 minutes before they have to leave. How is anyone supposed to book if those things aren't allowed? These restrictions need serious attention.

Their staff and service were absolutely poor. I handed my car over for valet parking and it came back scratched. I caught them red handed and asked them to pay, but they refused, saying they hadn't done it. The man who took my keys to park the car admitted his mistake, but the manager told me to claim through insurance before they would pay. What insurance company is going to cover a scratch? It felt like an excuse to avoid paying. They even said valet parking wasn't their responsibility. Utter nonsense. The whole staff is a fraud. They did the same thing to the camera man's car when he came to shoot my sister's MAHENDI ceremony there.

The room rate was on the high side, but even basic things were missing. The flush didn't work, staff were rude, and the hand wash jar was empty. In a double room there was just one small bar of soap for both washing hands and bathing. No bathtub either. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee sachets, and room service said they didn't have any. I ended up going to the market to buy coffee sachets and soap myself. It was only 10-20 rupees, but the point is convenience. It wasn't worth what I paid.

We stayed three days and had a mixed experience. The hotel seemed newly established and may need more time to become professional. There isn't a restaurant inside, though they can arrange food from a nearby hotel. The place was clean, well maintained, quiet, pleasant, and comfortable for families, with polite, nice staff. A few things need fixing: water pooled in the bathroom during showers because the drain was too small and the floor needed a slope. Housekeeping often forgot to replace shower gel and shampoo, so they need more training. The kettle in our room didn't work, and when the internet went down on Sunday it still hadn't come back within 24 hours.
