I booked through Goibibo, and my family and I had a pleasant stay. The rooms were spotless and well ventilated. The manager is a good man and dealt with the issue as soon as I raised it. The Google Maps location is quite different, though the hotel is still close to Sealdah metro station and railway station.
I’d tell everyone not to come here. Small cockroaches were crawling around the room, and even after moving twice, insects and spiders kept coming out from under the bed in the room they gave me. The owner and staff behaved very badly, as if they were letting us stay for free.
They took my booking, then told me there were no rooms available, and said the payment couldn't be refunded. I hope this hotel gets blacklisted soon. Don't book here.
The manager was hands-on and helpful whenever we needed anything, and the service was really good. We stayed there for three days, and could get as much drinking water as we needed, plus hot water for bathing. A very understanding person. I'd recommend staying here.
The manager was good to deal with, and both the room and attached bathroom were really nice 👍😊
