The hotel is tucked a little way inside, so you'll have to walk some distance to reach it. Once there, I felt safe, and security and privacy were excellent. The area is busy but has everything nearby, including medical supplies, cosmetics, food, and Bagari market. You can get plenty of food at a good rate. The stay was good, and the staff were helpful and behaved well.

The area is crowded and congested, and getting there is a bit difficult. Still, I loved the whole stay. I spent 2 days there on a family trip to Kolkata, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were well behaved too. Apart from the location, I'd totally recommend it.

It's in a prime location, though someone new to the area might struggle to find it. The hotel is on the 5th floor of one of the oldest buildings on Ezra street. My room was small but neat and clean, and room service was good. The receptionist was very helpful.

There was no water in most rooms because the water tank was broken, and the owners were fighting with each other, so no service was being provided. The place is on the 5th floor with no lift access. They close the doors after 11 pm, which made me feel jailed in. A waste of both money and time.

The staff were good, but the hotel wasn't clean and, since it's new, the paint smell was everywhere. It may be a decent place for bachelors, but I wouldn't recommend it for couples or families. Like this review if it helped you.
